KAON Broadband Introduces PM7330 and PM7331 XGS-PON ONTs at The Independent Show 2026
New Carrier-Grade Fiber ONTs Deliver Up to 10 Gbps Broadband Performance
Orlando, FL – July 27, 2026 – KAON Broadband today announced the introduction of its new PM7330 and PM7331 Optical Network Terminal (ONT) family at The Independent Show 2026. Visitors are invited to see live demonstrations at Booth #523.
The PM7330 and PM7331 are next-generation, carrier-grade fiber ONTs designed to help broadband service providers deliver reliable, multi-gigabit broadband services over FTTH networks. Built for residential deployments, the new ONTs provide high performance, operational flexibility, and the reliability operators expect from KAON Broadband.
Designed for next-generation broadband services, the PM7330 and PM7331 deliver up to 10 Gbps symmetrical performance, advanced remote management, and carrier-grade reliability. The PM7331 supports ITU-T G.9807.x standards, features a 10GbE LAN interface, IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack support, TR-069 management, and is designed for multi-vendor OLT interoperability.
As part of KAON Broadband's commitment to open, interoperable fiber access solutions, both the PM7330 and PM7331 are currently undergoing qualification with the Harmonic cOS™ virtualized broadband platform. This qualification is intended to ensure seamless interoperability for operators deploying Harmonic-powered fiber access networks.
“KAON Broadband's ONTs align seamlessly with Harmonic’s vision for open, virtualized fiber broadband access. Qualifying the ONT family with our cOS platform gives operators a validated option for building interoperable, multi-vendor fiber networks while delivering the reliability and performance their subscribers expect,” said Jeffrey Glahn, Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Harmonic.
"Broadband providers continue to demand high-performance, cost-effective fiber solutions that can be deployed quickly and reliably," said James Miller, Vice President of Business Development for KAON Broadband. "The PM7330 and PM7331 deliver the performance, flexibility, and value operators need to accelerate multi-gigabit broadband deployments, and we look forward to bringing these solutions to market in partnership with Harmonic and our distribution partner, AMT."
